BLUE MERMAID
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup pink lemonade
- 3/4oz Blue Curacao
- sugar or simple syrup
- 1oz Empress Gin
- 1/2oz Creme de Violette
- Pineapple wedges, maraschino cherries, orange slices, lemon twist, to garnish
DIRECTIONS
Fill the glasses with ice and pour in the pink lemonade.
Pour the Blue Curacao down the backside of the spoon against the glass.
In a separate glass, combine the creme de Violette and Empress gin.
SPRING FEVER
INGREDIENTS:
2OZ Empress Indigo Gin
0.75OZ Lemon Juice
0.5OZ Honey Syrup
2OZ Grapefruit Soda
Lemon Wheel
DIRECTIONS
Shake 1 oz of Empress Gin, the lemon juice and honey on ice.
Strain into a glass on fresh ice.
Add 2 oz of grapefruit soda and layer the remaining 1oz of Empress Indigo Gin on top.
Garnish with a lemon wheel.
EMPRESS COCKTAIL
Place the blueberries and mint leaves in your glass and muddle them gently.
Then, fill the glass with ice and add the Empress gin.
After you’ve added the gin, add an ounce of simple syrup and fresh lemon juice.
Finally, top the glass off with the soda water.
Garnish with fresh blueberries and a couple of mint leaves if you choose.
